{"id":11534,"date":"2025-04-01T11:35:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-01T09:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirabel-campings.com\/?p=11534"},"modified":"2026-01-29T17:30:59","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T16:30:59","slug":"cvb-history","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirabel-campings.com\/en\/histoire-cvb\/","title":{"rendered":"The history of Campings Vert Bleu, now Campings Mirabel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For years, many holidaymakers have known our Breton establishments as the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mirabel-campings.com\/en\/camping-vert-bleu-mirabel\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"11523\">Campings Vert Bleu<\/a><\/strong>. <br>Since 2022, this adventure has continued under a new identity:\u00a0<strong>Mirabel Campsites<\/strong>, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, North Brittany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A change of name, yes - but the same passion for hospitality, conviviality and family vacations by the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfd5\ufe0f Year 2000: Saint-Cast-le-Guildo's municipal campsites under private management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The town of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo owns 4 2-, 3- and 4-star campsites in the historic communes of Saint-Cast and Le Guildo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mirabel-campings.com\/en\/camping-les-mielles-saint-cast-le-guildo\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"366\">Les Mielles****<\/a>\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0swimming pools, entertainment, Large beach, resort centre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mirabel-campings.com\/en\/camping-la-crique-saint-cast-le-guildo\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"370\">La Crique***<\/a>\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong>seaside, shell, diving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mirabel-campings.com\/en\/camping-le-clos-tranquille-saint-cast-le-guildo\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"362\">Le Clos Tranquille** (The Quiet Closet)<\/a>\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0countryside and sea, relaxation, family camping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mirabel-campings.com\/en\/camping-les-4-vaulx\/\">Les 4 Vaulx<\/a>\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong>beach access, nature, fishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On May 3, 2000, the elected members of the Saint-Cast council decided to concede, to the <strong>SARL Campings Vert-Bleu<\/strong>, management of <strong>four municipal campsites<\/strong>. The public service concession contract will run for 25 years, until May 3, 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SARL Camping Vert Bleu was created by our family group to manage these 4 campsites in the class=\"wp-block-heading\">2022: from Campings Vert Bleu to Campings Mirabel: a natural evolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The name Vert Bleu already evoked nature and the ocean, two elements that are an integral part of the Saint-Cast-le-Guildo holiday experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over time, our campsites have grown, evolved and refined their universe.<br>Changing our name was a way of marking this new stage, modernizing our image while remaining true to our values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49\u00a0<strong>Mirabel campgrounds and residences<\/strong>\u00a0symbolizes today :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the sweetness of vacations in Brittany,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conviviality,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>family spirit,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proximity to the sea,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and the desire to create beautiful shared memories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: the adventure continues!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The 1<sup>er<\/sup> april 2025 <em>(no, it's not a joke, and we're happy about it!)<\/em> the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo has decided to extend the management of its municipal campsites for a further 8 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We're delighted to be continuing the adventure with the existing team, under the Mirabel name with SARL Les Campings Vert Bleu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a
