Our 4-star Les Prairies de la Mer campsite welcomes you for short or long stays from April to October. Located just a few hundred meters from the main beach and shops, everything within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket, leisure activities, Thalasso, Casino, cinema. The campsite is ideally located to take advantage of all the services offered by the seaside resort of Ouistreham Riva-Bella. The Avenue de la mer, right in the center of town, is full of small souvenir stores and restaurants. It's also the site of numerous summer entertainment such as the Tuesday night markets.
On the outskirts of town, you'll find Caen, its history, monuments and museums, then eastwards, the Côte Fleurie Cabourg, Deauville and Honfleur with its old port. Finally, to the west, the Côte de Nacre and thehe Landing Beaches Courseulles-sur-Mer, Arromanches or, a little further afield, Colleville-sur-Mer. At Prairies de la Mer, you'll have plenty of time to discover or rediscover the charm of Calvados.

Your 4-star campsite with pool and spa
The campsite's aquatic area is ideal for having fun in the water, or simply relaxing and unwinding. Visit heated outdoor pool is designed so that everyone can enjoy their own space in complete safety. Visit paddling pool with slide for the youngest, a large pool for those who want to swim a few lengths, and aqua-brake slides for the adrenaline rush of the most daring!
In the’covered area, In the heated pool area, you'll find a large pool and a paddling pool. A balneotherapy area with jacuzzi and sauna is also available for you to forget the stress of everyday life and think of yourself. In the summer, get together around the outdoor pool for the campsite dance at the end of the day!
Summer on the move at Prairies de la Mer
Sports entertainment, fun outings, kids' club At Les Prairies de la Mer, our entertainers will give you a vacation full of surprises! July and August, Monday to Friday a wide range of activities for children and teenagers/adults. Sports tournaments, hiking, board games, accrobranches or laser-game outings, amusement parks, theme days and much more will be on the program for your week. Children aged 6 to 12 who wish to take part in the mini-club are welcomed by our two activity leaders, who have no shortage of ideas for games and activities. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, take part in the theme evenings musical quizzes, concerts, magic shows, couscous or galette evenings at la Paillotte ... Our events are open to all and completely free of charge. So, will you come along?
Enjoy the beach in all seasons
With the beach just a few minutes' walk away, you'll be sure to come for a morning stroll, and to admire the magnificent sunset on summer evenings. On blue-sky days, the little ones can enjoy building sandcastles before plunging bravely into the water for an invigorating swim. Set up your parasol, spread out your towel and off you go for a lazy day on the sand. From Beach Volleyball courts and soccer goals have been set up near aid station no. 1 for sports enthusiasts!
On rainy days and in the off-season, there's nothing to stop you slipping on your boots for a walk at low tide or a game of Shore fishing. Visit scallops, mussels and other shellfish are the stars of the region.

Rates and availability
Rentals are by the week in summer: Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday. The rest of the year, you can book your accommodation on any day for a minimum of 2 nights.
