Welcome to the Campings and Residences page MIRABEL. The name may not ring a bell, so let us tell you the story.
For 3 generations, our LENEVEU family has been active in the world of leisure, and more particularly in the outdoor hotel business. In the beginning: two brothers, united by the same passion, decided in 1996 to acquire their own business. first campsite in Normandy, near Caen. This was followed a few years later by further acquisitions in the Great West, These are seaside resorts with significant tourist potential.
Today, we are 4 cousins-partners who have continued this family adventure: Marion, Thomas, David and Olivier Leneveu (as well as Christophe, our Breton partner). Together with our teams, we now manage 9 campsites in Normandy, Pays de la Loire and Brittany. This family spirit radiates from every one of our campsites, and we're committed to passing it on to our staff, residents and guests.

Whether you live in a tent, camper van, mobile home or comfortable apartment; whether you own your own mobile home or are a holidaymaker, we take great care in make you feel at home and turn your vacation spot into a cosy nest, a little cocoon where you can recharge your batteries and reunite with your loved ones.

3 regions, 9 campsites up to 4 stars!
After acquiring our first campsite, Les Prairies de la Mer in Ouistreham, in the mid-90s, our family continued to develop the business with a second campsite in Lion-sur-Mer, Les Roches, still in operation. Normandy. Then a third in Les Sables d'Olonne, La Baie de Cayola. To continue our tour of the Grand Ouest region, we also manage 4 campsites in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo in the Côtes d'Armor in Brittany, and Camping La Renaudière near the charming seaside resort of Pornic. Since March 2025, the commune of Donville-les-Bains has entrusted us with the management of its intercommunal Ermitage campsite, which we are delighted to add to our group. Each campsite has its own services, different types of accommodation (rentals or bare pitches) and infrastructure (with or without a swimming pool, right on the water or 2 km from the beach), but they all have the same high standard of service. one thing in common: proximity to the sea !
We offer a wealth of possibilities for every style of vacation, according to your wishes, your budget and your pace.
We choose to maintain residential plots and even create new ones, because camping can also be your home away from home. year-round vacation home !
Over the years, we have acquired genuine expertise in the outdoor hotel business. Our 8 campsites each have their own identity and location, but the soul of each one reflects what we are today. That's why our project was finally able to see the light of day at the dawn of 2022!

Our new ambition!
As our ambitions continue to grow, we wanted to find a name that would unite, federate and defend all these values across our 8 campsites and the 3 regions they represent. And it's from this desire that the brand 
is born!
This simple, distinctive name allows everyone to associate their own desires, values and feelings with it. The word MIRABEL, The name «Mirabel» spontaneously conjures up different ideas: a little fruit bursting with sunshine, the smell of jam or pie, homemade as a synonym for memories and a return to childhood. It can also simply be associated with the name of a family home: «La Villa Mirabel» or "Chez Mirabel". We wanted to create a brand that matched each of our campsites: from 1* to 4***, from the seaside to the countryside, from canvas tents to comfortable mobile homes.
This common brand is our raison d'être. At our Mirabel campsites & residences, you'll find a vacation destination that's as fulfilling and reassuring as if you were at home. That's our promise to you!
