Your reservation

How do I book a stay?
- Online: on our website, select your accommodation and/or dates of stay to check availability. Reservation

The reservation becomes effective and firm after receipt of a deposit of 30% + 20€ booking fee. For further details, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the chosen campsite.

Yes, subject to availability and on request at the time of booking.
How do I cancel or change my reservation?

How can I pay for my stay?
We accept the following payments: CB, cheque, ANCV, cash and bank transfer.

How to buy a mobile home at a campsite

Choosing your mobile home: new or used?

How do you choose your plot?
If you buy a new mobile home, you can choose your pitch when you place your order. The purchase of a second-hand mobile home is done on site, it cannot be moved.
Can I stay at the campsite all year round?
Our campsites are not Parcs Résidentiels de Loisirs (PRL) and are therefore not open all year round. You can therefore live on the campsite during the entire opening period, i.e. from March 15 to November 15 for all Mirabel campsites except La Renaudière at La Plaine sur Mer (44), which is open from March 1 to November 15.er April to October 31.
Can I rent out my mobile home during certain periods?
If you own your own mobile home, some of our campsites offer the possibility of renting it out when you're away. It's easy, we take care of everything: you inform us of the booking dates, and the campsite will take care of the various collections and hand over the keys to your tenants. It's a great opportunity to reduce your annual rent! (rental possible for mobile homes up to 10 years old)
If your mobile home is more than 10 years old, you can rent it out yourself. In this case, you'll need to pass on the details of the tenants to reception, and pay a fee per day and per person aged 18 and over.

When is the campsite open?
Mirabel campgrounds are open from March 15 to November 15 for residents, and from March 1 to November 15 for visitors.er April to November 6, except for La Renaudière campsite in La Plaine sur Mer (44), which is open from April 1 to November 6.er April to October 31.
Should I bring my own sheets?
You can bring your own bed linen or rent it when you book.
Are pets allowed at the campsite?
Yes, we know it's hard to part with your pets. That's why pets are welcome on our campsite: we accept dogs and cats (excluding 1e and 2nd category and a maximum of 2 per rental) Rate: €5 per night and per animal.
What time can I arrive at the campsite?
Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures before 10 am.
When is the kids' club open?
Children's club entertainers are on hand all summer (July-August) for children aged 6 to 12.
COVID information

Will I be safe at the campsite?
Yes, as professionals in the outdoor hospitality industry, we are subject to regulations and protocols that guarantee a high level of safety.

Our campsite gives you access to large open-air natural areas, and you'll be able to move around easily, taking into account the rules of distance.

What should I bring?
We ask you to bring your own masks, as they must be worn in certain areas, such as transport, pharmacies, health centers, etc...
What is the sanitary protocol in place at the campsite?
To access the campsite reception area, the minimum distance rule of 1m must be respected, with a maximum of 2 customers in the reception area.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available, and we ask you to use contactless payment methods (contactless credit card, secure online payment, bank transfer or cheque) whenever possible.
Your mobile home and keys will be disinfected before your arrival and after your departure according to a strict protocol using virucide. On request, a disinfectant spray can also be made available to you throughout your stay in your rental.

Is the Vaccination Pass compulsory?
The PASS VACCINAL (for 16-year-olds and over) is no longer required since March 14.
What about disinfecting rental accommodation?
We guarantee to disinfect your mobile home and keys according to a strict protocol, using a virucidal product. A disinfectant sprayer is also available on request throughout your stay.
What sanitary measures are in place in public areas?
Wearing a mask is no longer compulsory, but barrier measures must still be applied throughout the campsite.
Am I reimbursed in the event of Covid-19?
A Cancellation Insurance Option is available. This insurance covers you in the event of COVID-19. Please contact us for further details.
